How do I access the product downloads?
To access your downloads:
* Please log in to your Zen PLR account at https://zenplr.com/my-account/
* Click on Orders
* Click on the order for the 2020 All Access Pass
* Click on each filename to download
When will new products be available to me?
You will receive access to new products as soon as they are available in the Zen PLR store. The new download(s) will be added to your order page, and I will send you an email to let you know you have new products waiting for you.
Is there a time limit to download the products?
Once you purchase the 2020 All Access Pass, you will have lifetime access to all of the 2020 products and can download them as you need them.
Will I receive access to bonuses you create for other PLR sellers?
If the bonus I create is based on a product offered by another PLR seller, it would not be fair to that seller to include it as part of this pass. If the bonus I create is my own product that is not based on components of another product and is something I list in the Zen PLR store, then you would receive access.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, this product is not refundable. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me, and I will do my best to help you resolve any issues.
